Lemon and Mushroom Party Bake

Any non-oily white fish (Kabeljou, Salmon, Kingklip, Steenbras).
Arrange 6 filleted and skinned fish portions in a buttered ovenproof dish.
Season with garlic, herb and lemon pepper.
Top with a punnet of sliced mushrooms and dust with seasoned flour
Mix up 1/2 cup of cream with 1/2 cup lemon/herb sauce and pour over fish.
Bake at 200 degrees for 20 mins.
Serve with buttered potatoes, seasonal veg or salad.
